Design & tender support; approval process from mix designs to laying operations; technical and operational support & advice; troubleshooting; pavement failure investigations; advice on utility reinstatements.
Knowledge
In depth knowledge of European standards, Irish, UK and international specifications; member of NSAI Roads Standards Committee reviewing European Standards; member of UK National Highway Sector
Scheme committee for laying asphalt mixes.
